More Energy!
For about 18 months, I would wake up as tired as when I went to sleep. My blood pressure flucuated widely and was close to hypertensive. I craved increasing amounts of chocolate and sugary food. I felt constantly stressed at work and leisure.
After two weeks on the nutritional program, I was waking up feeling rested and with more energy. After four weeks, my blood pressure was back to normal. My chocolate cravings are diminishing and I enjoy finding alternative ooptions sweetened with fruit, honey and blue agave. I am coping with stress at work more easily.
